Born in San Andrea, Frosinone, Italy, Ascanio Broccoli undertook a trip to Suisse where he acquired experience in the Suisse Hotel Management sector. In 1964 he emigrated to Canada and showed his talent in hotels of great prestige like the Grand Motor, Rib & Reef, La Diligence and Queen Elizabeth. Furthermore in 1980, Mr. Broccoli and his wife opened Il Rigoletto, restaurant known for its marvellous gastronomy and unique service.
